Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Richmond, VA)

Fernwood Keystone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Richmond. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on receiving and put-away. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving landfill records with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
