Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Richmond serving local and national clients, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving bindery work with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
