Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (remote)

Stonegate Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Oakland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on receiving and put-away. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving clinical studies with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
