Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (remote)

Nova Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Indianapolis, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving cold storage with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
