Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (remote)

Fernwood Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Oakland region. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on receiving and put-away. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving subcontractor invoices with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
