Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Farms and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be receiving and put-away. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving grower contracts with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
