Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Freight is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on receiving and put-away for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving carrier rates with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
