Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Studio and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be receiving and put-away. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving permits with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
