Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Providence, RI)

Silverline Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Providence region, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving safety records with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
