Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Ember Markets Group is a Portland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving shrink and waste with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
