Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Willow Early Learning is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on receiving and put-away for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving enrolment with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
