Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Sable Markets serves neighbourhoods around New Orleans with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving shrink and waste with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
