Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (New Orleans, LA)

Summit Harbor Environmental Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on receiving and put-away for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Handle work involving recycling loads with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
