Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Pike Construction Group is a New Orleans contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving subcontractor invoices with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
