Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Miami, FL)

Cedar Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on receiving and put-away for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving ridership counts with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
