Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Sparrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Louisville, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving supply orders with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
