Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on receiving and put-away. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving waiting lists with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
