Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Houston, TX)

Stonegate Junction Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Houston. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on receiving and put-away. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Houston. What you will do • Handle work involving rent assistance with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
