Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Grand Rapids, MI)

Amberfield Wilder Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Grand Rapids, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving safety records with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
