Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Field Markets is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on receiving and put-away for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving store inventory with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
