Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Fresno, CA)

Westbrook Kestrel Press is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on receiving and put-away for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving bindery work with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
