Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms Partners is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on receiving and put-away for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Handle work involving seasonal crews with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
