Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Lantern Property Management Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be receiving and put-away. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving vendor invoices with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
