Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Iron Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Detroit region, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Handle work involving materials orders with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
