Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Vista Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Charlotte, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would join a large organisation of about 463 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving repair requests with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
