Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Amber Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on receiving and put-away. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving shrink and waste with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
