Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Manufacturing and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be receiving and put-away. You would join a large organisation of about 613 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving work orders with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
