Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Austin, TX)

Redstone North Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Austin, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Austin. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving promotions with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
