Warehouse Associate - receiving and put-away (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Amber Press produces print and digital publications in Atlanta, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our receiving and put-away. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving customer orders with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
