Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Ashton Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Toledo. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle work involving claims with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
