Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Tampa, FL)

Cedar River Property Management is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 988 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving maintenance requests with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
