Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Loom Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle work involving clinical studies with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
