Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Fern Environmental Services Group is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving collection routes with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
