Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (San Jose, CA)

Bright Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around San Jose with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving store inventory with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
