Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Oak Foods produces packaged foods at its Rochester plant. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Handle work involving customer specifications with care and follow safety rules. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
