Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Kestrel Press produces print and digital publications in Rochester. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving proofing with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
