Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Rochester, NY)

Silverline Willow Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Handle work involving materials orders with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
