Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Beacon Auto Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving service appointments with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
