Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Ashton Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Reno, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Handle work involving customer specifications with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
