Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Birch Farms Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving seasonal crews with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
