Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving licensing records with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
