Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Forge Transit Planning Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving fare systems with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
