Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Silverline Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to take on order picking and packing. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving supply orders with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
