Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Nest Markets Group and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving promotions with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
