Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Fernwood Haven Construction is a Oakland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Handle work involving materials orders with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
