Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rook Property Management and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving resident events with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
