Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Harborlight Willow Markets is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving supplier deliveries with care and follow safety rules. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Forklift certification. • Experience with a handheld scanner. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
