Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Farms and adding a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be order picking and packing. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Load and unload trucks safely. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Handle work involving grower contracts with care and follow safety rules. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. What we are looking for • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
