Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Silverline Iron Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Minneapolis, and we need a Warehouse Associate to lead our order picking and packing. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving waiting lists with care and follow safety rules. • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Load and unload trucks safely. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Attention to detail and steady pace. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
