Warehouse Associate - order picking and packing (remote)

Fernwood Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The job centres on order picking and packing for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Receive deliveries and check them against paperwork. • Load and unload trucks safely. • Pick, pack and label orders accurately from a pick list. • Count stock, report shortages and keep aisles clear. • Handle work involving licensing records with care and follow safety rules. What we are looking for • Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Willingness to follow safety procedures. • Attention to detail and steady pace. Nice to have • Experience with a handheld scanner. • Forklift certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
